Czech Republic Yoga Holiday

This year we went to Kutna Hora which was once a major city in the Czech Republic. Home to the country’s main silver mine (which we visited and was quite deep and just a little bit scary)  it was once richer and more populated than Prague. Although coach parties came in the daytime at night we felt like the only tourists in town - as we tasted the delicious local wine and ate local specialities. Kutna Hora which is a world heritage site and just a short journey from Prague has many spectacular buildings, a cathedral, art gallery and much more, however it is still largely undiscovered and wonderfully good value. We stayed in the quirky family run hotel Opat right in the centre of the town which had a medieval theme and great food. We combined relaxing yoga and massage with exploring the many cultural attractions - and a fabulous time was had by all.

Here are some comments from my lovely clients

‘I enjoyed the yoga and unusual treatments, and loved the Eastern European feel of the pretty town.’ Sue H

‘The hotel was comfy, warm and clean, the park outside was lovely, as were the bike rides. I enjoyed the mix of energetic and relaxed yoga and I loved the chat, beer and laughter’ Andy P

‘I had a great time at your yoga weekend, a great bunch of people, a lovely hotel and the treatments were scrumptious, also we were so off the beaten track. I really felt the benefits of the yoga and I am determined to practice more regularly from now on’ Rita M
